Quality First Program

 

Our center is a Quality First rated facility, with ongoing staff education and training that are above minimum state requirements. Quality First is a signature program of First Things First – partners with childcare and preschool providers to improve the quality of early learning across Arizona.

Quality First funds quality improvements that research proves help children thrive. And their website offers parents information about the importance of quality early care, education, and what to look for in childcare and preschool settings that promote learning.

Quality child care and preschool programs build on basic health and safety to include:

• ​Teachers who know how to work with toddlers and preschoolers

• Learning environments that nurture the emotional, social, language, and cognitive development of every child

• Positive, consistent relationships that give young children the individual attention they need

ProCare

​

Our center assesses children, documents developmental milestones, and communicates with families through the ProCare app which is available to all enrolled families. This enables us to communicate with our families through an App on their phones. It also allows our families to send messages to their children's teachers in real-time. All incident reports, daily sheets, and observations are accessible through the app.
